BA Biscuit
A bitesize business analysis blog
Business Analysis (BA) Biscuit
BA Biscuit is a business analysis blog formed by Rhys Wilkinson (me!).
The aim for this blog is to:
-
Highlight the value of the business analysis profession
-
Share experiences and grow the business analysis community
-
Bring a light-hearted approach to what can be a documentation-heavy subject
Why "Biscuit"?
The simple answer: I like biscuits!
As a Brit, biscuits are a big part of my everyday life and quite often I'll be sat with a strong cup of tea and a stack of chocolate digestives thinking through a project requirement or challenge. Usually by the third biscuit I've had a brainwave - so BA Biscuit was born!
Professional Background
I've been a business analyst in various forms since 2013. Since then I've had experience of large ERP transformations, 3PL and warehouse transitions, eCommerce deployments and more integration projects than I can shake a stick at.
I am currently a Senior Business analyst with retail consultancy Absolute Labs, covering projects across PIM, Commerce, POS & OMS.
I don't claim to have the answers or be a walked BABOK, but I like to try and promote the BA role where I can and this seems a suitable outlet.
